I like to think that i offer a service that is "PERSONAL", not like some other's where "YOUR" consignments are transfered from VAN toVAN, DEPOT to DEPOT, thus increasing the chance of Damage and Loss.This not only causes inconvenience but can in the long run be "Very Costly", because not only do  you have to replace "Lost" or "Damaged Goods" free of charge, but ultimately could lead to  the loss of "Customers".
